1) How to send a DMCA takedown notice

Good-faith statement

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy and authority statement

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the owner.

Important: Incomplete notices can’t be processed. Sending your notice to third parties (e.g., hosting providers) will not speed up removal from our site and may delay a response.

2) What happens next

• We review your notice for completeness.
• If valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified material or links.
• Where appropriate, we will notify the user or source who posted the material or link.
• We may keep a record of your complaint for compliance and auditing.

3) Counter-notification (if you believe a mistake was made)

If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Email [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice – 123moviesfree.ing.

Your counter-notice must include:

Your contact details

Full name, mailing address, phone number, and a valid email address.

Identification of the material removed

The URLs or other identifying information of the material that was removed and the location before removal.

Statement under penalty of perjury

That you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Consent to jurisdiction and service

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or where 123moviesfree.ing may be found if outside the USA), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

Your signature

Physical or electronic.

Process: If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from the allegedly infringing activity.

4) Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate access for users or sources deemed repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content and links at our discretion.

5) Third-party content and links

123moviesfree.ing indexes or references material from third-party sites. We do not host files and cannot control the content available on external domains. Takedown actions on our site affect only our listings and links. For removal at the source, you should also contact the relevant third-party website or hosting provider.

6) Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
