Do I need an account?

No. Browsing is open to everyone. A free account unlocks favorites, watchlists, history, basic notifications, and device sync.

Is it free?

Yes. Core features are free. If we add premium features later, we’ll make that clear before you opt in.

Can I watch or download movies here?

No. We don’t host or serve copyrighted content. We show info, trailers, and links to official providers.


Account & Settings

How do I create an account?

Hit Sign Up, enter your email, username, and password, then confirm via the email we send.

I forgot my password. What now?

Use “Forgot Password” on the login page. Check your inbox (and spam) for the reset link.

Can I change my email or username?

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Profile.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This removes your profile, lists, and history from our systems (within a reasonable processing window).


Using the Site

How do watchlists and favorites work?

Tap the bookmark or heart icon on any title. You can create multiple lists (e.g., “Weekend,” “Family,” “Documentaries”).

Do you support notifications for new episodes or releases?

Yes. Follow a show or franchise, then opt into email alerts in Account Settings → Notifications.

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet. The website is fully responsive and works well on phones and tablets.

Is the site accessible?

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard navigation, alt text, and readable contrast. If something isn’t accessible, tell us and we’ll fix it.


Content & Updates

How often are titles updated?

Daily. We pull metadata from trusted sources and refresh cast, artwork, trailers, and availability.

Why can’t I find a title?

It may be region-limited, newly released, or not in our feed yet. Suggest it via the Contact page and we’ll queue it.

Do you show subtitle or dubbing info?

Where official providers expose it, we display language, subtitle, and dubbing availability.


Technical Issues

The site won’t load. What should I try?

Clear cache/cookies, disable extensions like ad blockers, try another browser/device, or switch networks (mobile vs Wi-Fi).

A trailer won’t play. Why?

Region blocks or provider downtime. Refresh the page or try again later.

Pages look broken after an update.

Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) to clear stale assets.
